These people will continue to use your visa card long after you try and cancel your account. It is not possible to cancel your account - the free trial is up before you reieve your whitener and they you are stuck in a contract. Phoning is impossible as they just hang up on you....and no, I was not an irate customer. They refuse to do any type of refund but continually offer you a month either free or at half price or to send a coupon for something. You can go from talking to the first person to the supervisor and be put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes and the supervisor will just tell you that refunds and cancellations are not possible. 1284b24
