What crooks. I got charged twice the second month too. They said that would fix the problem but I know they know what they are doing to scam the public. Also the 10 day free trial starts on the day you order. I must not have been thinking. By time they sent it to me it was 21 days even though I could have extended the original 10 days another 10 days. DUH! Do the math. They claim I didn't call them in time to cancel and thus they are trying to force me to pay the $89. JUST DON'T DEAL WITH THE CROOKS. 1284cfe  Comments (14) |

I didn't even know they were taking money out of my acct! No receipts for monthly payments I was making and I never even received the *** trials!! They stole over $200 before I even noticed the transactions on my bank statement! I also called the colo-thin number and talked to a man who said he would refund me the last withdrawal of $69.95 to be fair! pshhh LIAR! Just awful crooks! I couldn't reach anyone at the other bogus 800# but I did get to listen to awful music for 20 minutes while I freaked out about what was happening to my money and prepared to reach through the phone and choke the person on the other end! grr! Thanks to everyone else who has shared their awful experience! With out the comments I would have waited to cancel my card and probably would have lost too many more dollars! :/ |

Called and raised *** with them and they assured me my account would be refunded within 10 to 15 business days. That was a month ago now and when i call the line it is either disconnected or i automatically get put on hold and no one ever gets on the line. I am not expecting to get my money back now but something needs to be done about these fckrs! |

Saw this add on the weekly digest talking about these 2 great products (bright white and total bright). After ordering the "free trials", I started noticing more transactions being processed in my bank account. After I finally decided to close my account other than trying to keep calling the company which were refusing to give me a refund. The total was then up to over $280!!!!!!!! All of which were from other scams as well (profit vault, health wellness, smile brights, ect...) Before this happens to you....cancel your account...if not you will be sorry!F |

Written by I CANT BELIEVE THOSE F****!!!! on November 22, 2010 from bellevue, washington, US SO I followed this ad that was made to look like a local newspaper clip about how this chick got awesome white teeth with Vibrant smile and Bright white in 5 days. Boy what a joke. I called a canceled my vibrant smile trial right away and did receive my refund in a timely manor. Bright white failed to get me the product and charged my account 87.13. Its been almost 2 months and now when I call the 1-800-864-9903 it disconnects me and says its busy!!!! Those efers also gave my personal info to another company and they started taking money from my bank account $10 at a time! ITS A TOTAL SCAM AND NOW I THINK THEY BAILED SHIP WITH ALL OF OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! |

They're all the same company out of India and I've been able to get any of my money returned. I'm hoping adding these names to this list will help people when they try to search for them after noticing them on your bank activity CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT (even if they say they'll return the money in 2-3 days - I have found that they will not). I've tried 'speaking with supervisors', calling back every 2-3 days for months now.
